This renovated warehouse was once the home of the Draper School of Ballet. The large smokestack certainly makes it hard to miss as well as does the job of lighting up the words "Village Gate", becoming a sort of beacon for the entire complex. Surrounded by dozens of other commercial properties filled with office, retail, restaurant, and apartments.
