Gary founded the company in 1981 alongside his brother Charles Stern, after years of working for his father's roofing construction compnay (Pictured alonside his wife Marcia Stern). 

Allan took over Stern Properties after successfully running the family's roofing-construction company for over 30 years. Allan continues the vision of his father. 

Irene previously worked in a similar for the family's construction company. After its dissolvement she continued to run billing over at Stern Properties. 

Max works in a management capacity for Stern Properties. He focuses primarily on the commercial leasing as well as the day to the operation of the properties. 

Kathy started in 2007 and has been with Stern Properties since. She is an integregal part of our operation and focuses primarily on the residental side of the business. 

Stern Properties is a hands-on fast-paced company to work for. As a building manager and developer, we need people dedicated, who work well with others, and are ready for any task at hand.
